We are builders that have compiled a beautiful portfolio of previous completed custom jobs, and along the way, building a reputation as well. We don't approach clients as flashy salesman or use gimmicks to draw in mass, but rather a builder, who knows the local codes and ordinances in order to complete your home. We use an excellent staff of engineers and surveyors that know how to take your plans and ideas and make them reality. Ronald Hunsberger, president of Premier Modular Homes, LLC, has been a builder for 23 years. He manages our company and also offers building consultation as well. His extensive experience and knowledge is what makes us unique from other modular home companies. His wife, Pamela Hunsberger, vice president of Premier Modular Homes, LLC, manages our office and heads sales - she cares about your needs and ideas directly. His son, Christian Hunsberger, V.P. also, does project management and site management as well as full contracting services, custom homes and renovations, additions and alterations. His detail oriented attitude and ethics makes our company unique. We proudly announce new partners and family members to our growing company. Due to an increase in volume and work loads, Hugo and Kimberly Aimone joined our team to insure and maintain quality and focus to an outstanding finished home or project.
